The Holy Grail of Volume vs. Volume Pills: 5 Differences on the Label
Volume Pills and Holy Grail are both two a day. That’s where the similarity ends. One label shows you every milligram. The other shows you one number.
Key Takeaways
- Volume Pills hides 13 ingredients inside one 1,458 mg proprietary blend, so you can’t see how much of any of them you get.
- Two of those 13 are themselves trademarked blends, so even the blend contains blends.
- Volume Pills contains no sunflower lecithin and no pygeum.
- Its tablets list titanium dioxide and FD&C Blue #2 among the other ingredients.
- Its guarantee requires returning the containers within 67 days. On the Holy Grail 90-Day plan you get 90 days and keep the product.

Volume Pills comes from Leading Edge Health, the same company that sells Semenax. Like Holy Grail, it’s two a day, which makes it look like a close match. Read the Supplement Facts panel and it isn’t.
1. One number instead of thirteen
01 · Transparency
| Volume Pills | Holy Grail | |
|---|---|---|
| Proprietary blend | Yes, 1,458 mg | None |
| Ingredients with a printed dose | 1 (zinc) | 3 of 3 |
| Blends inside the blend | 2 (Drilizen™, Solidilin™) | None |
You can’t judge a dose you’re not allowed to see.

Volume Pills prints exactly one ingredient dose: zinc, 24 mg. Everything else sits in a single 1,458 mg proprietary blend of 13 named ingredients, from Ling Zhi and Arjuna to Dong Chong Xia Cao.[1] Two of those 13, Drilizen™ and Solidilin™, are themselves trademarked proprietary blends, according to the label.[1]
If the blend were split evenly, each ingredient would get about 112 mg. It almost certainly isn’t split evenly, and the label is built so you can’t find out.
2. Neither of the two ingredients men use most
02 · The inputs men actually use
| Volume Pills | Holy Grail | |
|---|---|---|
| Sunflower lecithin | Not in formula | 1,200 mg |
| Pygeum extract | Not in formula | 200 mg, standardized |
| Zinc | 24 mg (gluconate) | 50 mg (citrate) |
The formula leaves out the two ingredients at the center of nearly every volume stack men build themselves.

Most of semen is fluid from the seminal vesicles and the prostate.[3] Lecithin is the ingredient most associated with volume in men’s reports. Pygeum is the best-studied herbal extract for the prostate, across 18 controlled trials.[4] Volume Pills includes neither.[1]
3. What else is in the tablet
03 · Other ingredients
| Volume Pills | Holy Grail | |
|---|---|---|
| Dosage form | Tablet | Softgel |
| Colorants on the label | Titanium dioxide, FD&C Blue #2 | None listed |
| Other ingredients listed | Dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearate, HPMC, plus the two colorants | Gelatin, glycerol, water |
Two of the inactive ingredients exist to make the tablet blue.

The “other ingredients” line on Volume Pills lists titanium dioxide and FD&C Blue #2.[1] They’re there for color. Holy Grail’s label lists the softgel itself as its other ingredients: gelatin, glycerol and water.
4. The guarantee fine print
04 · Risk to try it
| Volume Pills | Holy Grail | |
|---|---|---|
| Window | 67 days from delivery | 90 days on the Holy Grail 90-Day plan |
| Do you have to send it back? | Yes, return the containers | No, keep the product |
| Limit | One refund per customer | First order only |
One guarantee needs your empties in the mail. The other doesn’t.

The Volume Pills page describes a 67-day guarantee: return the containers so they reach the warehouse within 67 days of delivery, shipping isn’t refunded, and it’s limited to one order per customer. The same page also refers to a 60-day period in one place.[1] Holy Grail’s guarantee is tiered: 90 days on the Holy Grail 90-Day plan and 30 days on monthly or one-time orders, first order only, refund minus shipping, and you keep the product.[5]
5. Evidence
The Volume Pills page doesn’t cite a clinical trial on the finished formula.[1] Holy Grail doesn’t have one either, and we say so. What we do publish is our ingredient doses, every one of them, and a customer survey: of 312 customers, 94% reported noticeable results in 3–6 weeks.[6]
Who each one is for
If you’re comfortable trusting a blend you can’t measure, Volume Pills is two a day. If you want to see exactly what you’re taking, and you want the three inputs men actually build volume stacks around, Holy Grail is also two a day, with every milligram on the label.
Questions men ask before switching
Are Volume Pills and Semenax the same?
No. Both are made by Leading Edge Health,[1][2] but the formulas are different. Volume Pills is 2 tablets with a proprietary blend. Semenax is 4 capsules with 18 listed ingredients.
Can I take them together?
Both contain zinc, so combining them adds up. Talk to your doctor before stacking.
How long until I notice a difference with Holy Grail?
First changes usually show around week three. The full effect takes about 90 days.
The short version
Three ingredients that each have a job: sunflower lecithin 1,200 mg, standardized pygeum extract 200 mg and zinc 50 mg. Every amount printed on the label. Two softgels a day. Trusted by men since 2009, and more than 100,000 men have used it.
In a survey of 312 customers, 94% reported noticeable results in 3–6 weeks.[6] First changes usually show around week three; the full effect takes about 90 days, which is why the Holy Grail 90-Day plan is built around that window.
